Grace has dedicated her career to helping people build strength, confidence, and resilience- both physically and mentally. With a background in competitive sports and experience training under skilled coaches, she understands what it’s like to feel stuck or unsure of how to train in a way that feels sustainable.
At Thrive, Grace creates a supportive and motivating environment where clients feel empowered to push past their limits and achieve long-term success. She takes the time to understand each client’s goals and challenges, developing personalised programs that promote steady progress. Whether working towards fitness goals, performance or injury management, her coaching is tailored to individual needs.
Grace also collaborates with physiotherapists and allied health professionals to assist clients in rehabilitation, helping them regain strength and confidence. Her goal is to make fitness an enjoyable, sustainable part of life- so clients aren’t just starting over but moving forward with purpose.
