Studio One

Ride - 45mins
Ride blends high intensity low impact cardio and muscular strength training that allows you to track and measure your progress. This class is designed to get you maximum results, burn fat, tone muscles and improve your cardiovascular fitness. A contagious atmosphere, riding to the music will leave you feeling upbeat and pushed to your next level.

Dash includes high-intensity sprints along with neuromuscular power and anaerobic efforts. The explosiveness of this session will help you reach your peak performance and get you results in no time!

Cycle Beats - 30mins
This isn’t your average spin class - far from it! It’s a cardio party on a bike while using upper body movements and lights weights. You will spend hardly any time in the saddle and you will be pedalling to the beat of the music. Oh, and did we mention you will burn over 500 calories in 30 minutes.

Cardio HIIT - 30mins
The ultimate all-out, one hundred percent effort workout. Prepare for intense bursts of body weight exercises with short recovery periods. We will keep your heart rate up for the entire 30mins to ensure you burn the maximum amount of calories possible, burn fat and tone muscle.

Using body weight and barbells Lift gives you a total body workout. Focusing on technique and high repetitions, this class will burn fat, increase strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning.

Box Fit - 45mins
A fun high intensity cardiovascular workout combining boxing based exercises, aerobic functional exercises, bag work and abs. We coach you through the fundamentals of good boxing technique while maximising your fitness gains through our circuit-based boxing class. You will develop your boxing skills and mix things up with effective body weight strength, core and cardio movements.

A gentle low impact class designed to unlock your body from pain and help you move with more freedom in everyday life. This class aims to increase strength flexibility balance in a friendly and social environment.

A Circuit style class combining weights and cardio exercises. Our boot camps are held early in the morning and are a great way to start the day. With high-intensity exercises designed to challenge you every class, Boot Camp is the perfect session to have a fun, social sweat out!

The focus of this class is efficiency and sustainable progress. We all know mobility is important but it can be difficult to know how to implement it.
