Jarrod is a motivated trainer who specialises in strength and conditioning and athlete development here at O2. He loves to aid in maximising his client’s athletic potential and minimising injury risk through a wide range of effective methods.
With over five years of experience, Jarrod has worked with a plethora of athletes ranging from high school through to international representatives. He is a solid believer that you can never be too strong or too well prepared.
Specialties: Strength and Conditioning, Athlete Development, Performance Rehab, Speed and Power.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Sports and Exercise Science, Studying Masters in Strength and Conditioning.
