Katrina believes people need to enjoy their workouts (at least to a certain extent) and likes to take clients beyond where they will take themselves while ensuring they still enjoy themselves and look forward to their next session. As a working mum, Katrina understands the challenges of balancing a busy schedule whilst still making time to live an active lifestyle.
She is passionate about helping people find a balance as well as working with teenagers to focus on health and wellbeing, over aesthetics, and feel good about themselves.
Specialties: Weight loss, build muscle/tone up, lifestyle changes, improve body confidence and change composition.
